Translate human, technical, and business factors into project goals and strategies; perform user-based research; create stimuli design; analyze structured design models; build service experience models, personas, and scenarios; develop  experience prototypes for feedback; use service design/experience design methods and frameworks to imagine/execute compelling multi-touch point experiences; create research plans and conduct user research to inform experience design work; conduct iterative experience design prototyping at varying levels of fidelity (proposed user interface functionality via UI animation, static click-through sequences, and interactive prototypes); create deliverable documents; enable storytelling of product and service concepts within context of users’ experiences [storyboards, photography, and Adobe design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)]; build digital solutions; create information architectures and users’ flows; design functional interfaces; create functional UI specifications; design aesthetic treatments; create visual UI specifications; and contribute to video motion and motion graphics utilizing Adobe Creative Suite design software as well as Adobe After Effects.



  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Design or Interaction Design plus 1 year experience to include user-based research/analysis for product development; building product experiences (2D & 3D prototyping); refining product details and building design deliverables/documentation (3D modeling: 3DS Max, Rhino, Adobe CC-Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
